  I've always had the best care from modern medical and now they are open both Saturday and Sunday you always. Know going to the same centre you don't need to go over your previous care and medications BUT today Sunday 3rd April I had made an appointment to see a Dr at 11:40 am but was taken to Fiona stanley hospital and was unable to keep that appointment and When I tried calling several times from 8am to my appointment time they had not turned the phones over so I was unable to cancel which no doubt will cost me $70 plus for not attending I'm very disappointed . The weekend staff need to be aware of what they need to do and surely when you don't get calls all morning you would think you would find out why

  I must concur with an earlier review regarding poor phone management at this practice. I attempted to get help (as Practice Manager for a busy Paediatric Surgeon) regarding a past GP member of this practice and was initially told point blank by the abrupt staff member who answered that they'd "never heard of her". Further enquiries at the GP's current practice established that she had, indeed, been working at Modern Medical at the time in question. When I finally managed to get through to Modern Medical again, the same staff member was then unable to contact her Practice Manager to obtain the information my employer required. To say that I was totally underwhelmed by the service provided over the phone at Modern Medical Clinics would be an understatement.

  This is a great medical center the front office staff are always pleasant to deal with as is the nursing staff And with the range of Doctors that specialize in all aspects of care you are assured of the right Dr to suite your needs .

  Poor service went for to appts for 18 months with no outcome or assistance changed practices and had good outcomes within a week seemed very judgmental in diagnosis
