  This News agency is a "hub" for DHL parcels which were not delivered due to you not being home. Went there after the time stated on the left card and was met with a surly individual who made like he was doing me a big favour by serving me, and with a shrug of the shoulders told me the "data hadn't uploaded yet mate" so he cant give me my parcel, and went back to his corner and ignored me. No other explanation, apology, or offer to re-schedule. Told him I didn't understand why I couldn't get my parcel (which was actually there) and again he trotted out the upload story and went back to his corner, ignoring me. I then asked when he wanted me back and it was like "I dunno mate could be 15 minutes could be tomorrow - nothing I can do about it..."

  Most rudest male I have come across today daughter went to buy rabbit ears and hell very loudly yelled at my 3yo to put his stuff down and leave things along even thou I was buying them.. Had no right to yell at a child more so one that is going to spend there pocket money in his shop. The way he yelled made the small shopping center come to a stop. When he was told she was buying it he snatched it of us and told her to keep her hands of stuff.... Needs to be shut down asap scared the elderly that were in there one old man thought there was a hold up he so loud and rood... Will never go back was a regular customer NOT NOW AND WILL BE TWLLING PEOPLE TO GO ELSE WERE

  Worst customer service and rudeness ever!!! I went to pick up my parcel and a guy could not find my parcel and to be honest, he didn't even put much effort into finding it. In the mean time he served every single person who walked in to buy a 2$ newspaper, leaving me more than 20 min to wait. When I asked him to find my parcel that I can go, he said I shouldn't come when he was busy and that with my parcel he is not making any money anyway and to contact carrier as he hasn't got time to look around. I could not believe. Please shut down your business and don't waste our time and money.

  The lady who works here is lovely. The man is very rude. Terrible customer service!

  The most rude and unwilling to be of assistance in a polite manner to customers that I have to deal with, especially when collecting packages. They should not be in business if they cannot conduct themselves in a manner that people won't mind doing business with them. I ditto the two previous comments when collecting packages. I would like to see our packages moved to a more pleasant environment for pick up.
