  Miss sold a product, told the wrong information, rude staff who claim they are all managers.... eventually after refusing to leave saw the actual manager who agreed with me and gave me a refund which the useless front of counter staff said was impossible!

  PS by the time I left, another customer was sitting in tears and utter despair at having to deal with Telstra. I commiserated with her as I had the same degrading treatment in Goulburn.

  Very obvious that they didnt want help, tried to set up a new plan with a tablet, wasnt able to give a tablet or a date they would arrive, wasnt able to get one sent from another store. Basically wasnt interested in helping at all.

  If you are looking for service don't look here as there is a systemic attitude of being some sort of elitist because they are techno savvy. I left 3 messages recently and not 1 of them was returned plus other dealings with phone purchase has left me not wanting to deal with this bunch of idiots.

  This company is diabolical. The lack of service and accountability is incredible. 3 of us stood in line for 10 minutes whilst 2 service officers served other customers. The other one was sitting at a computer and colleague attended to her query...... all the while ignoring us. This unhelpful and rude attitude is a systemic problem with Telstra. This is not the only store that operates like this. I had the deep displeasure of getting the same treatment in Goulburn. I am still waiting for a reply from a message left in the store for the manager to call me regarding my issue

  Absolutely horrible staff. Got told 3 different things by 3 different staff members. Was told to come back in 20mins and booked in. Came back 12mins later to be told it was actually going to be 1hr and 40mins. This was after coming in and waiting the day before, having my upgrade started, then being told to come back the next day as they have run out of time. Come back and have my time wasted again. Tried calling to book in 5 times over a 20min period, but they don't answer their phones. Horrible service from all the staff but especially the "manager"
